Story From a Family Served

It’s a simple story — Our son, Allen thrives on “something to do” that will take him away from mom and dad for awhile. Typical teen! Although he is somewhat older than that, he still likes to get out and about, and go somewhere away from home so that he is glad to be “done for the day” and come home again. When Mr. COVID came to visit in March, and his activities shut down, he was like a little lost boy. “Nothing to do” can be hazardous when you live in town, and have the freedom to come and go (within boundaries, of course), so mom and dad, both of whom work in an office deemed essential, tried hard to give our son volunteer things to do to help around the office. That wasn’t enough to keep him busy during our working hours, and he gets bored with too much TV, and sleeps too much, which causes its’ own set of difficulties, or else wanders around town more than is good for him–especially since the usual places to visit have also closed. We were all so happy when Agape re-opened after a short break, and restored our sons hours and most of his activities to pre-COVID levels. His other weekday activities have yet to resume, so Agape has been a life-saver for us all. Our son looks forward to every day at Agape–each one is a new adventure for him, and we dread that another shut-down should ever come to pass. We are thankful to all who help keep this wonderful place of service and ministry in operation!

Thanks for all you do!

Pastor Sauls

Thank you. You are very much appreciated!

The services we receive from Agape are always top notch!! All care needs are always taken care of very well at Agape. I am always very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Safety always seems to be a top priority at the house as well. Every is always very helpful!!

Thank you for all you do. God Bless You All!

I would just say thank you for all you do. It takes a special person to provide the kind of support, service, and caring for the clients at Agape, and we are blessed that you have staff full of those special people.

Agape is a huge blessing for our loved one. And beyond that, as caregivers, we get to feel like real humans one weekend each month. Please weigh the value of this too! We sure do!

WE always, always observe staff showing respect, courtesy and dignity to all guests and family. And to one another!

Every month I check my calendar to plan for an activity where I can do something I would not be able to do with my loved one at home.

It is a warm feeling when you come in. They treat you like family.

My son loves going to Agape. That is the only place he has ever stayed the night except for with his family. He loves the attention.

When I leave my son there, I don't worry because I know they are taking good care of him. I am so blessed to have Agape so close to us.

We couldn't ask for a more helpful and caring staff. A++

The fact we drive 45 minutes in one direction is testimony that shows our trust we hold in Agape.

Always have been 100% plus satisfied with our services from Agape!
